Q: We have tried to watch a funeral service back after the event and the footage is pixellated or distorted. Can this be fixed?


A: During the service, live streaming can sometimes be disrupted if internet bandwidth is low. The archived footage is usually not affected and the recording will be of a perfect quality.

If you are watching archived footage and seeing pixellation or distortion on the video then it may be because your internet speed is too low. While very rare, it is possible that the permanent copy may contain distortions, usually caused by insufficient bandwidth at the funeral site during recording.
