The Right Streaming Setup for Your Funeral Home
OneRoom adapts to work with your chapel, your team, and the way you run services.
Go fully automated, or add more control when you want to direct the view. You choose from the options below.
In-Chapel Setup Options
Automated In-Chapel Streaming
HD cameras, professionally installed. Fixed to the wall or ceiling, discreet and unobtrusive.
No operator needed. Cameras start and stop automatically at the scheduled time, allowing your team to keep their focus on the family and running the service.
Works with existing cameras. Already have cameras installed? We can work with most existing setups. No need to replace equipment you already have.
Up to four camera views. Most chapels use two views, one facing the service and one showing the room. Additional views can be added for different angles or the foyer.
Built-in backup recording. OneRoom supplied cameras include SD card backup recording, so the service can be recovered if there are connection issues.

In Chapel Streaming with PTZ Cameras
A more produced viewing experience, operated by your team during the service.
Give online guests a higher quality stream. A funeral director or designated operator uses PTZ cameras to pan, tilt, zoom, and switch between angles as the service unfolds.
Switch between angles
Move between chapel views, close-ups, and freestanding cameras positioned around the room.
Powered by an optional encoder
A simple, affordable encoder connects your cameras for live switching and controlled camera operation.

All the benefits of the OneRoom platform
The service can still be shared through OneRoom, supported by our team, and made available for families to watch afterwards.

A good option for larger services, or families who have arranged their own videographer.
Your Questions Answered
Who will install the funeral streaming system?
OneRoom has a network of professional installers across the country. We coordinate the full installation and work hand in hand with them through setup and fine-tuning to make sure everything is working optimally before you go live. If you have a preferred AV supplier or in-house technical support, we can work with them instead.
Will this work with my existing audio-visual equipment?
Our system is compatible with most existing audio-visual setups. Share some images of your current AV setup and we can confirm compatibility before installation begins.
Do I need an encoder?
The encoder is optional. The standard setup runs hands-free and gives online guests multiple camera views to switch between. The encoder is available for funeral homes who want to add a tribute video feed or take control of camera switching during the service. It's a simple and affordable addition.
How long does it take to get set up?
Installation time depends on the size and complexity of the setup, and the availability of your funeral home and our installers. We will give you a realistic timeframe once we have assessed your space.
